Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

Orders will be processed within 2 business days upon availability and receipt of payment. Delivery will be confirmed via email with a tracking number. All shipments are double-boxed and delivered to your door by Fastway couriers within South Africa and DHL for international orders.

Shipments typically arrive within 2 business days in metropolitan areas and 3+ days in regional areas.

Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping (7-14 days) with tracking at a standard flat rate of $50. We are not responsible for any import duties/taxes that may be imposed by your local customs department.

Return and Refund Policy:

The provision of goods and services by Cool Kicks is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Cool Kicks will refund the client in full within 3 business days. Due to the nature of our business, all consignment sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
